Erick Carter

My name is Erick Carter and I'm a tractor repair technician. Growing up, I always had a passion for tinkering with machinery so when it came time to choose a career path, the choice was easy. I began my career working on small engines at an independent garage before moving onto larger tractors and eventually finding my niche in the world of tractor repair. In this role, I am responsible for diagnosing issues with tractors, repairing damaged components and keeping them running smoothly. I take great pride in knowing that I help farmers get their crops harvested on schedule as well as ensuring that large industrial farms are able to operate efficiently. My job requires me to be knowledgeable about different types of motors, transmissions, hydraulics systems and other mechanical parts which helps me stay current on the latest technologies used in the farming industry. It's been over 10 years since I've been involved with tractors and everyday brings something new which challenges me both professionally and personally; making it one of most rewarding jobs out there!
